DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Core training is important and the Dynamic Plank workout targets the core through a series of exercises that also recruit a number of other muscle groups. This is a Level 4 workout and it is part of the Darebee Yoga week. Add it to your ab workout or do it instead of it on specific days. Go for Level III for ultimate benefits from it.   
Extra Credit: Keep the plank throughout.
