DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Nothing quite makes muscles and tendons work harder than the addition of a dumbbell to a workout. Dynamic Dumbbell lives up to its billing but there's a caveat in the workout. Listen to your body do not force the movements beyond your ability to control them and use a weight you can handle as opposed to one that will push you to your absolute limit.   
Extra Credit: Use 2kg (4lb) dumbbells.
