DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Swimming requires training and for the days when you simply can't get to water there is the Dry Land workout. Do it in the comfort of your home, without a handy swimming pool and enjoy some of the most targeted dry land exercises for swimmers. Perfect for those days when you wish you could have gone for a few laps in the pool but simply did not have the time, plus you don't have to towel down and wait to dry off afterwards. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
