Double Dash is a strength workout that alternates the load to the muscles between concentric and eccentric movements, mid-level impact and high impact. As a result it challenges fascial fitness and helps develop the kind of explosive power that transforms your physical performance. If you do add EC your lungs will feel the burn a little too.
