DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
High impact work and plyometrics muscle increase power and help the body overcome the pull of gravity. A body that can overcome gravity more easily is one that is a little lighter which means it is stronger and faster. Dominator is only a difficulty level III but it feels harder, particularly because there is no limit to the intensity of the exercises. Jump as high as you can during Jumping Lunges and go as fast as you can on everything else without breaking form. That will give you just the kind of burn you crave plus the results will speak for themselves.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
