DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Deep Dive is a high-burn workout that also promotes fascial fitness and VO2 Max capability. Perfect for beginners as well as more advanced fitness athletes it is versatile enough to push you when you need to be pushed (with the addition of EC) and easy enough to do on a day when you want a high burn but aren't looking to push against your limits.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
