If you are pressed for time but still need to get your daily fix of exercise to keep your body activated then the Daily Fix workout is perfect for you. A Level II workout that will not tire you out too much, won't take a lot of time but will still get the job done, so to speak, particularly if you add EC. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
