DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Chop-Chop is a large movement, highly energetic, aerobic-intensive cardiovascular workout. It will help you increase coordination, upper/lower body synchronization and aerobic efficiency. It will improve your posture, balance and ability to be light on your feet. Plus it will make you sweat. You need to try it with EC. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
