Lower body strength is the powerhouse that moves not just our bodies but also lends strength to everything we do as fitness athletes, from punching and kicking to running and jumping. Carver helps you get there by taking your lower body through a series of exercises targeting specific muscle groups and tendons. The results will make themselves felt the very next day.
