Cardio Rehab is a difficulty level I workout. That doesn't make it a pushover however. What it does make it is the perfect workout for the days when you're in-between heavy workouts. It helps keep your body ticking over and your muscles activated plus it provides the perfect workout for the days when you want to workout but are not yet ready to go all-out. Add EC to bring the difficulty level up a tad. Maintain perfect form in the exercises and get ready to feel your entering the sweatzone.
