There are times when you need a high-burn cardio workout that will get you into the sweatzone but will not drain your batteries. Cardio Circuit is the answer to that call. Only a difficulty Level II workout it will let you know you are working out without over-taxing your system. This makes it the perfect entry-level workout for those looking to level up. Add EC and you can adjust the recovery load between sets. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
