DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Cardio training places quite a demand on the body's ability to adequately supply the brain and the muscles with oxygen. The first thing that goes then is coordination. The Cardio & Coordination workout combines the two, forcing the body and brain to work with precision, under some load. The result is a workout that feels way more challenging than it would normally be. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
