DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Burpees are what happens when we thumb our nose at gravity and ignore the planet. Or, defy the laws of physics for a while and use the entire planet's mass as our personal gym equipment. As you might guess it is a little brutal and it takes a lot of getting used to. But it delivers results which is why you need to make Burpee King a workout you have conquered.
