Brute Force is a workout that uses your body's weight and the planet's gravity to make your muscles work hard for strength. A combination of exercises that place increased resistance on single limbs recruits many of the body's front and back kinetic chain muscles to deliver a workout that will leave you feeling worthy. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
