DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
The fascial tissue that runs throughout the body is one, single organ. As such there can be no compartmentalized training of it. Bouncing promotes fascial strength and endurance, and the Bounceback workout also targets tendons and muscles. While this is only a difficulty Level II workout if you do it fast, with perfect form you will not find it easy. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
