DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Glutes are such powerful engines when it comes to athletic performance that it's a wonder we don't do a lot more exercises that focus on building them up. Booty Builder is a workout focused on exactly this area. As a Level II workout it is unlikely to leave you floundering with exhaustion but it won't make you feel like you haven't worked out either, especially if you add EC. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between exercises.
