Elite soldiers test their bodies and minds to the limit. The Black Ops workout is here to do the same for you. This is a Level IV total body strength workout so it's not really suitable for beginners. It's great however for those who want to take their strength to a new level entirely. Performed at Level III with EC thrown in for good measure it will definitely make you feel like you are participating in "Hell Week".
