DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Beginner Cardio is a difficulty Level II workout that's just perfect for getting back into cardio training after a break or starting out, if you haven't tried it before. bring your knees up to waist height during March Steps and make sure you're on the balls of your feet during Jumping Jacks and you will get the most benefit out of your time. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
