DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Our back is vulnerable not because we stand upright but because we end up not doing so most of the day. The Backup workout addresses that problem with exercises that target the abs and core strengthening spinal support and reducing the opportunity for those niggling aches and pains, to develop.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
