DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Upper body strength is expressed, primarily, through the strength in our arms and the muscles on our back. The Back and Biceps workout uses barbells for a targeted workout on a critical muscle group.
Extra Credit: Use 8kg+ (16lb+) dumbbells.
