DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
There are those days when you really need to feel alive. To do that your body temperature needs to rise, your lungs need to start working a little harder. Your heart rate needs to go up and oxygenated blood needs to flow faster through your body supplying necessary fuel and nutrients to your muscles and brain. Awake & Alive is a workout that does all of that and adds an extra challenge in the form if EC.   
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
