DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Different exercises, combined in a specific way can have some very surprising results in terms of strength and muscle development. Augmented uses muscle loading in both eccentric and concentric flexion to deliver a high load using nothing but the body's own weight augmented by the force of gravity. The result is a strength workout that works the entire body and leaves you feeling like you've really worked.
