If you're not done yet then the Asta workout is for you. You need your body, a floor and a katana or any handily shaped stick, plus your own ability to get into character and fulfill your destiny. This is a strength and tone workout but you know it will also work your lungs and heart.
Extra Credit: Hit a minimum 20 reps for push-ups each time.
