DAREBEE Workout: What it Works

Artemis is a precision circuit with a satisfying symmetry: open the chest and shoulders, load the legs, repeat, then drop into grounded core control. The transitions alternate between wide, posture-building upper-body patterns and lower-body strength, then shift into a floor segment that asks your trunk to resist rotation before you rotate on purpose. It’s the kind of session that feels smooth when you’re in control and instantly teaches you where you leak stability when you’re not.

Aim for “quiet power.” Keep your stance rooted, knees tracking cleanly, and ribs stacked over pelvis so the limbs can move freely without pulling your spine out of position. In the plank section, press the floor away and move through rotation like you’re turning a dial, not yanking a door open. The finish should feel like you sharpened your coordination: legs awake, shoulders organized, core switched on, and posture a little taller.

Extra Credit: Increase the plank holds to a 20-count.
