DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Physical fitness is the outcome we get when the body adapts and evolves in order to overcome a perceived external stressor, Adapt, Evolve, Overcome is a workout that is specifically designed to activate the body's adaptation response. It is a difficulty Level V workout which makes it unsuitable for beginners or those who are getting back into fitness after illness or a long break. It is, however, the perfect way to level up and it is a great way to get our of any plateaus you may have hit in your training.    
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
