Adapt & Evolve is a total body strength workout that uses a sequence of no-equipment exercises in conjunction with a pull-up bar to produce an ever increasing load on the muscles. This is key to triggering the adaptations we seek in order to get stronger and feel healthier.
Extra Credit: Do 30 up and down planks instead of 10.
