Having a baby is life-changing enough without having to give up exercise. When time is short and multi-tasking is a must an outing with a stroller can be just as good for the mother as it is for the baby with the Active Stroll workout. Dress appropriately for the routine. Choose the right day (it's harder to do in a thunderstorm) and just have an awesome time.
