DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
If you have a pull-up bar at home, can get to one in the park or happen to have a sturdy, overhead pipe of some kind, then this is an upper body workout that will test your strength. This is a Level IV workout so it's not recommended if you are a beginner. Strength training always helps us perform better at our chosen sports and by handling our own body's weight to failure we also activate muscle growth in our arms, chest and shoulders.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
