DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
A 100 push-up routine is the core of this combat moves and core workout. Push-ups are a great total-body exercise routine, by dressing it up with exercises that demand both eccentric and concentric muscle movements we end up with a workout that's worthy of every warrior. Add EC and we're well into the high end of the sweatzone. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
