DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Every time you do a burpee you're basically using the power of your muscles to move the mass of your body against the pull generated by the planet's gravity well. This helps explain two things: first why burpees are such a difficult exercise and second why when you do them your body and its systems undergo such a transformation. All of which should help you understand that 100 Burpees is a workout you really need to try.
