Easy and tasty vegetable spread / dip.
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 garlic clove
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh dill (optional)
salt and pepper for taste

1Wash all the vegetables, slices them all up and add to a saucepan
2Sauté everything together over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the vegetables change color. Mix ocationally.
3Turn the heat off. Add tomato paste, olive oil and dill.
5Blend everything together with a hand blender until spooth. Chill before serving.
