Zucchini Cabbage

This simple saute is high in protein and a good source of Vitamin A, Thiamin, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Potassium and Manganese.

INGREDIENTS1lb (500g) cabbage
3 small zucchinis
1 onion
1 cup water

Level Up Add ½ diced leek and 2 tablespoons of homemade vegetable seasoning before sauteing.


1Prep the veggies: cut the cabbage into strips and zucchinis into bite-sized pieces. Chop up onion and leek.

2Add 1 cup of water to a frying pan, add onions and leek and then add cabbage and zucchini. Don’t stir, the onions should be at the bottom. Saute at high heat for 7 minutes, stir once , season and serve.
