Spinach Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS3oz (100g) spinach
15oz (450g) mushrooms
½ cup water

Level Up Add 1 onion and ½ leek.

Instructions

1Finely dice the onion and leek, transfer to a deep frying pan and add ½ cup of water.

2Finely dice the mushrooms and layer over the onions and leek.

3Chop up spinach and place it over the rest of the ingredients. Cover the pan with a lid and saute over high heat for 10 minutes. Uncover and stir. Cook until all the water has evaporated. Serve hot.
