1 can pineapple slices in light syrup
1 tbsp olive oil

1Quickly fry the pork on both sides in olive oil over a medium heat until slightly brown.
2Empty half the syrup from the can into the pan, add the pineapple rings and cook alongside the pork.
3Cook until the syrup has evaporated and serve with the rings on top of the pork.
