bag of lettuce
3-4 hard-boiled eggs
7 oz ( 200 g ) plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mustard
salt and pepper for taste


1 Add lettuce to a bowl.

2 Slice the eggs and add them to the bowl.

3 Make the sauce: mix mustard, yogurt. salt and pepper. Add it to the bowl, mix and serve.
