This is a base recipe for chocolate bites, a delicious and satisfying snack. Unlike store-bought chocolates, these bites are high in nutritional value and they will nourish your body as well as provide you with energy to get on with your day. You can adjust the recipe depending on the ingredients you can get hold of and they will still turn out great. You can use any nuts and/or nut butter for the base if you like. We used cashew nuts and tahini paste here. If you can't get dates, you can use a ripe banana or a 1/2 tbsp of honey as a sweetener instead.
