Here is another awesome way to add beetroot to your diet - the beetroot salad. You can use it as a side dish but it will also work as a complete lunch or dinner meal. It’s meaty, has a slight kick and it is very satisfying. Skip the garlic if you are planning on talking to people (you like) for the rest of the day.
2 cooked beetroots, grated
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp honey (optional)
1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
7 walnuts (optional)
1oz (30g) feta cheese (optional)
