This salad is very high in Vitamins A, C, K and folate. It is also high in calcium, manganese and copper.
2 small pears
1Add arugula leaves to a bowl.
2Core and slice the pears and add them to arugula leaves.
3Sprinkle the salad with cheese and walnuts, and season with pepper.
- It doesn’t need salt but that’s up to you.
- You can also use any hard cheese instead of graviera.
- Additionally you can top it up with seeds and dried berries for additional nutrient content.
