NHS collaboration
All of the workouts were clinically tested and approved and developed within the 150 minutes a week of exercise and muscle-strengthening activity NHS initiative.
This was an initiative in keeping with our DAREBEE philosophy for a healthier and fitter world and we were happy to contribute to the organization’s efforts.
