Looks like push-ups are to Darebees what flowers are to real bees...
(Except we produce sweat instead of honey.... Erm... OK, let's stop the comparison here, shall we?)

xingyiquan, the club is open to all, of course! The only reason why I didn't tag you is because the current weekly target is way below what you usually get done before breakfast.

Thank you for the warm welcome Redline noname TheLibrarian ! This week I will be easy easy since I won't be able to train anymore for the week having 3 wisdom teeth to be extracted this afternoon. I had 100 handstand push ups so far and a few other types as well but I didn't count them. So I think Iam ok for week 2

Ouch! Do wall-pushups count? Otherwise I don't know if I will...oh, this is what challenges are for after all!

OK, week 1 done (35 push ups in 3 sets: 10, 10 and 15). Done on top of other push-ups included in my workouts.
I still have a couple of days left to take care of Week 2

I'm not the pne who created this but I'm pretty sure they count, after all it's about challenging yourself and doing more than you've done before (or something else/more difficult). Just choose a variation you can do and start with that one and you'll be able to do other versions eventually
For example you could also try negative Push-Ups (only the downwards movement) or normal ones but on your knees or even a mix, do what you think you can do and is best for you
