    sg135 This challenge is really well made. I like it a lot For daily pushing I am currently trying to make some version of Fremen strength routine, that would suit my needs, but right now it is mostly to have fun experimenting.

          120 reps, not including programs, and 105 front lying towel pulldowns to balance pull with push.
