                            Zastria, as far as I know, Spiderman Push-Ups are the same as Side Crunch Push-Ups where you take one leg (alternating) up to your side during the downward movement, pretty much like a dog peeing on a hydrant or something like that

                                Did some more reps for "The Pushers"

                                2 x 3 Reps elevated one-arm pushups at 44cm height
                                2 x 15 Reps elevated one-arm pushups at 88cm height

                                So now the total for week 3: 70/63
