Whew!
That was a pretty rough week.
I started with Hurry Up and Bag It which really ought to be tagged as a level 4. Then I did Drag & Drop, Bag & Tag, Combat Medic, Caveman, Ender+ then finished with Powerhouse.
Overall, these are tough. Especially Hurry Up and Bag It, Ender+ and Powerhouse.
I liked them for the challenge, especially push-up and drags, then the throw and catch. But, but, the workouts don't take advantage of some of the moves unique to sandbags. In particular, I'm surprised there aren't bear hug squats, shouldering and sandbag cleans (plus more).
I'll still recommend it though but hope Darebee develops workouts or programs that do take advantage of these exercises.
