    Sprintathlon - completely worthwhile

    I did this one because I find I get great results pairing running programs with other programs.
    so did Sprintathlon deliver?
    Yes!
    Sprintathlon is a day of sprinting, day of squats and calf raises then an upper body workout. I picked upper body workouts that emphasized back and arms (Brute, Homemade Back, Back & Biceps, Hardback and Back in Action) because I'm working on getting to 10 unassisted pull-ups.
    Anyway, sprints suck. But they paid off. My time has improved and my cardio fitness is really good according to my fitness assessment.
    Again, another workout program from Darebee.com that is totally worth the time and effort.
