    Ironborn Review

    Ironborn was interesting - no push yourself levels or achievements like the Cardio Trim family (and related), but it really worked. I've got more bulk and definition in my arms - as well as my legs.
    It also really pointed out that my left side was notably weaker than my right side so I took measures to change that.
    It was also pretty darn neat to switch from 15 to 20 lb dumbbells along the way.
    The greatest "weaknesses" of the program is that there isn't a suggested next step and follow-up program and no suggestions on how to handle the weaker side (ans.: double the reps on the left side).
    As a program - this is totally worth the time. Go get some dumbbells or kettlebells and get to work.
