    I think hyper speed would preclude having to ever work out again.

      I like to teleport and think it would be handy, but I'm not creative enough to see an application to fitness. Maybe I can teleport to cool places to hike, run, cycle, swim, climb, whatever. Or, for starters, I can teleport myself easily up the pull up bar to get started on flex hangs.

      Or I take 1 and manipulate time to never have to wait in the gym for someone to finish with the machine/station.
