Ohh man, I haven't tried one of these challenges before, but I think I'll give this one a go! I just did a couple practice reps and wow, these are actually great for shoulder mobility (something I am struggling with). And definitely need to destress... I've got some forces of evil that are going down!
Sorry I don't have the video. Tried using my phone as a camera, it didn't work that well. So if this doesn't count, I perfectly understand. I did 33 rounds.

Last fight was the best = 47 ( 282 👊) ,
the one before with better form was 40 ( 240👊)
Thank you for this challenge, very good idea with KALI, which let me to search a lot about this Hindu Godness of Death☠😈 and I've found out a lot of really interesting articles and pictures!! 👍
BAM!! Challenge completed - I tried a couple different times for this one. First, I was not putting my full force in the punches, so it was super fast but very sloppy. The second time, I really focused and concentrated on the power behind each punch. It may be slower, but I definitely feel the difference.
Results?? 34 ROUNDS!! I tried to keep up the momentum like in Redline's awesome video
Awesome job everyone and I definitely channeled a bit of a "goddess of death" vibe. Loved this challenge!
I think I got in 33 (starting from my first punch @ 12 sec to my last complete set @ 1 min 21 sec)... The timer beeps @ 1 min 9 sec, so I added 12 seconds for my actual stop time.
I couldn't here the minute countdown beep! (volume turned down low)
I think I got 49 @ 2 min 15 sec (when finally stopped)
*I'm using 3 pound weights
You know when your working out on a timer and time seems to be going slower that usual. Well, I sure did think that was a long minute and sure enough it was 2! That workout actually went by fast for me and I enjoyed participating.
