            I was not satisfied with my results so I did all 3 variations. I don't think I did any of them right though. I have to start somewhere.

            I thought it was time to do the Sunday Challenge after I went swimming at my parents' house haha

                Wow, lots of various entries, and it's always great to see new people joining in! Well done, everyone!

                About using chairs... yes, it's not as comfortable as parallel bars, but it's normally stable enough (even though I would probably not risk putting my own weight on brittanguena's pool chairs )

                I used gloves to protect my hands, but towels folded on the backs of the chairs can also do the trick. And yes, practice and technique make a difference, since too much swinging will make you waste energy to keep your balance.

                The next Sunday challenge will be announced today, and will include combat moves. Stay tuned!

                  Redline Haha I figured those chairs can handle my whooping 100lbs weight. But yes, I had to put some bags to make sure they don't tumble lol I look forward to next week's challenge!

                    Yeah, I just didn't trust any of my chairs for that. I figured I would spend more time trying to secure my position than actually doing the exercise.

                        I posted yesterday on my Daily Log, forgot this site. I placed my hands on the bath tub & my feet on a chair. I did 40 dips.

                          Before I start next sunday's challenge, here's my entry for the dips... So 15 regular dips earlier in the week and 20 with elevated feet on sunday!!!
                          I definitely didn't trust my chairs enough to try the EC+ ...

                                I couldn't find any good places to do real dips (I usually do the ones with the feet elevated), so I had to put one hand on my swivel chair.
                                I got around 10-13 on each of my attempts, but the swivel was making me go crazy
