      Jumping to week 5, I do enough squats (or variations) on my leg day to break 150. Calling the first few weeks done so I can start tracking.

            Working these as sets of 200+ every 2nd day is working well. Should make it sustainable as when we're talking around 500 every 2nd day towards the end of the year.
            Done as step ups, weighted and frog hops.
