    Mental Fitness.

    Greetings,

    I have just joined the site and open to suggestions in improving my fitness routine mentally to make my workouts better.

    Fitness49 It is kind of a broad question ... you will find lots of advice here as to how to approach fitness from a mental standpoint. The best quick advice I can give is that for those that make it stick that it is more of a lifestyle than a burden. People do this because it because a part of who they are, not something that they feel as though they have to do.

    I would recommend finding stuff that you are comfortable with but still challenging. Also do whatever you want, as long as you are doing it smartly and safely. You have to live with the results after all.

      Are you looking to use fitness to improve mental health? Or are you wanting to get fitter and looking for mental strength to turn up and do the work? Or both or some other reason?
